PRIVACY POLICY

Your orders are placed through PayPal, which keeps your bank info private. Info I do receive, such as your e-mail address and mailing address, I will never share with anyone, nor spam you myself.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

I live and work always in a 100% smoke-free environment, and currently have no pets in my home.

SHIPPING

Low First Class shipping! Receive in about 3 days, for a much lower cost. Our shipping rates are by the weight of the packages/items plus supplies = actual cost to me => cost to you. About 50% of orders will be sent out the day after the order was placed, but handling time is extended variably for different items that must be created for you after order. Extra creation time should be listed as necessary on the item pages, if more than one day. (If item is in stock, it should also say.) If you order multiples, handling/creation time will be extended at a reasonable rate.

DIFFERENT SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

If you wish to split up an order to ship to two different destinations, you must place the order as two separate instead, and make sure you have correct address for each respectively.

RETURNS / REFUND ACCEPTED

Returns will be accepted for new, unused, unaltered items. Damaged items caused by you will not be accepted for return. Refunds will be given minus shipping costs. Notification of return must be received prior to shipping back the item and within one week of your receipt of package. Return packages must be postmarked 14 days or under after your receipt date.

FAULTY ITEMS / QUALITY GUARANTEE

No one’s perfect, but I work hard to make quality items. If your item gets damaged due to faulty workmanship, etc. Send it back for either repair, replacement or 100% refund.

LOST ITEMS

If your item gets lost in the mail (and I track my packages) it’s usually not a problem for me to make you a new one with just minimum shipping cost plus cost of supplies unless they’re minimal per item. If your item was made with unique materials (rare), I can make you something similar. If you don’t like paying for shipping again, I can make you something extra. Again, I will check the tracking, though.
